Lot Improvement Application Process
We realize that in the normal course of living in your home you will want or need to make a variety of improvements. While we encourage you to continue to invest in the upkeep and overall improvement of your home and property, we do have guidelines and requirements that must be reviewed and adhered to.
A Lot Improvement Application must be completed and submitted to the Port Ridglea East Architectural Control Committee for review and approval. All projects must be reviewed and approved before any lot improvement projects begin.
Reviewing the Lot Improvement Application will help you identify the various documents and information required for your project. In the event you need one now or in the future, please contact the board and we will email the application form to you.

Port Ridglea East Boat Ramp
Subject: Use of the Port Ridglea East Boat Ramp
Dear Lot Owner:
The primary use of the Boat Ramp area is for the launching and recovery of your watercraft. To facilitate this, there is restricted vehicle parking inside the boat area. There is a (30) minute time limit.
Parking outside the boat ramp gates and directly accross from the boat ramp gate area is PROHIBITED. This restriction is imposed to allow for other vehicles and watercraft trailers to enter and exit the boat ramp area safely.
The secondary use of the boat ramp area is for picnics and fishing off the pier. No Swimming signs are posted. There are large rocks along the retaining walls and boats may be entering and exiting the water. The No Swimming signs have been posted for your safety.
There are No Parking signs posted on various lots owned by your neighbors. Please acknowledge these have been posted to ensure their property and driveways are not blocked and to protect their lawns.
The boat ramp gate must be closed and locked upon leaving the ramp area.
Please fill out the Boat Ramp Key and Pool Tag Acknowledgement form and return it to the PRE Board. In turn, a Boat Ramp Key will be issued to you.
Rules pertaining to the Boat Ramp Key:
1. The key is not to be given to anyone you know
2. You cannot duplicate the key
3. The key must be returned to the PRE Board when you have successfully sold your home
4. One (1) replacement key will be issued – cost to replace the key $50.00
5. If the 2nd key is misplaced, a third (3rd) key will not be issued

Port Ridglea East Pool
Dear Lot Owner:
The Port Ridglea East Pool is intended for the use by the Lot Owners and their guest. Below outlines the rules and guidelines:
Months of Operation:
Opening of the pool – 1st Saturday in May (weather permitting)
Pool closing – last weekend in September (the pool may close earlier due to cooler weather)
Hours of Operation:
Gate opens at 10:00am Gate closes at 8:00pm
Seniors have private use of the pool on Wednesdays from 9:00am to 10:00am
Lot Owners must be in good standing to have access to the pool. i.e., no delinquent lot dues, no outstanding Deed Restriction violations or By-Laws infractions
All Lot Owners and guests must have a Lot Owner Identification tag. This ensures outsiders are not using the pool.
Pool rules are posted at the entrance gates – please review them to fully understand the policies:
3 Key Rules:
• All children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult
• No glass is permitted inside the pool area
• No animals are permitted inside the pool area or pool
